:bigsmile: Well here is my story in a nut shell.
My target weight is 160lbs, and has been for a while. So about a yr ago I bought a treadmill, and began walking/jogging daily. Eventually I got bored and slowly stopped exercising all together. This is the first time I have tried to diet AND exercise together. I figure I have to make a change in my entire lifestyle. So I am commiting myself to Exercising and eating healthy daily. I am starting the Special K diet, also I am going to start walking 4 days a week for 30 minutes. I am so excited that I came across this site.. I am way more hopeful. This site is awesome, I am referring all my friends here.. Woohoo!! It seems like an awesome support group.
Well enjoy, ill be active on this site as well as in my home gym.. haha!!
I cant wait to shed some pounds..
