ED recovery

Hi all - I usually use DB Tracker but PT said try this instead Except I find this really hard to use!! Also i had loads of foods saved as favourites and now I have to start again...pain. I also am recovering- almost fully- from bulimia. Have gained some weight I dont want and hate it - as well as having a shockingly low self esteem/worth. 129lbs (but scared of the scale at the moment for the above reasons) 5'6 and weight train and cardio 3x week plus 60 min Bokwa once a week. I love food but hate my body - i cant win.
