Hi, Im Reese and my goal is to lose 50 lbs for my wedding in August. I know that may not be possible but any weight loss is better than none. I am allowing myself 1500 calories per day. I exercise 6 days a week - I do a 40-45 minute brisk walk (very hilly) in the morning before work and The Biggest Loser DVD along with the Flat Belly Workout in the evening. Sunday is my cheat day where I dont do any exercising and I allow myself to eat what I want (in moderation). I do need help with different foods because when you are allowing only 1500 calories per day, you have to get creative. Good luck to everyone and God bless.

    Try the Skinny Cow candy bars ... Mmmm, Mmm, good and only 100 calories! Oh and thank you for sharing this App w/ me. Has helped me to eat more calories. Before this App, I wasn't getting enough ... maybe 700-800.

    steak, Turkey chicken rice, use the grill for meat.
    Grill vegies..
