New to my lifestyle transformation & need friends/support!!!

Hi! I am a 33 year old mother of three! I have been married to my husband for 15 years now! My children are ages 11, 12 and 16... and always on the go!
I have had some female health issues over the years, and last year had surgery to help with that! Now I am trying to get my life, and my family, back on track to being healthy!
My husband began counting calories about three weeks ago and has lost 28 lbs to date! I started 1 1/2 week ago, and have lost 14 lbs to date! I am trying to schedule time for exercise, which is nearly impossible at my house! However, I think it is catching on! My two youngest kids LOVE working out with me!!! And I have started walking during my lunch at work!
Weight loss is a difficult thing for me! I am probably what you could call an emotional eater! That is a hard thing to overcome! I downloaded the MyFitnessPal app on my phone and love it! I do better if I can actually keep track of and SEE what I am doing!
I am currently 5'11'' and weight 315 lbs. I have let myself go over the years! We were eating out alot, and eating late! Those are probably my two biggest problems! Then when I went to work after my kids were all in school... the pounds added up fast! Between our lifestyle and the health issues I was dealing with... it was out of control!
I am in this for the long haul! My goal is to get back to 200 lbs! Not sure how long that will take... but I'm on my way!

I am happy to know that my family is in this with me! But... sometimes, I think we all need to talk to different people to keep our motivation and spirit up!
