My apologies if this has been posted before, but WOW! Look at all the sugar in popular drinks! The article not only displays the nutritional information, but places the drink up to its equivalent sugar servings in food items.

    Yeah, lazygirllosesweight had that on her blog, I looked at it yesterday. Amazing. Suffice to say I won't be drinking those Starbucks Mocha Frappuccinos anymore... not that I drink them a lot. I had my first one in probably 5 or 6 months last week but, wow. Tooootally turned off now.

    That's why I only drink water. I know it has done a world of good for my weight loss. Plus, I would rather eat those calories than drink them away...

    I saw that article a few weeks ago.

    The Old IPO19 would drink a 44oz of Mt Dew every morning. Cutting that out saved me enough calories to lose a 1.5 lbs a week by itself.

    I used to enjoy some Starbucks sugary hot beverages back in the day, but usually the small size. I can't even imagine trying to knock back a Coldstone shake nowadays!!!! :noway:

    i searched this first cause i thought it was worth a post.

    definitely worth a bump for all those times that you think 'hey, it is just a drink, i don't need to look at the cals' oh yes you do!!
