Foot Cramps

I did some searching a found a few topics though none of them seemed to be of any help so I'm going to post it.

I have just recently started the 30 Day Shred, and I have noticed it sometimes when I run log distances, but my foot seems to cramp up right in the middle of it. It kind of starts in the instep and spreads through the entire foot. Mostly during the jumping jacks. I don't know if I am landing wrong or if it is my shoes, should I do the workout with or without shoes? I believe I have the Nike Dual Fusion, I've had them since sometime last year and have about 100 miles on them, I know you are supposed to replace them at 300 miles so I wasn't thinking it was that. Any advice or help on the matter would be appreciated.
