New here - mostly looking for maintenance tips!

Hi there!

I think I've got it cracked with the weight loss (mostly thanks to that goddess Jillian Michaels...) and I'm now 4 pounds away from my goal!

HOWEVER

I've been here before, and I tend to cave, slide back into the habit of Dominos Two for Tuesday and the weight comes creeping back. So I suppose I'll be looking around for advice and support on how to increase cals properly to maintain!

Looking forward to spending time on the boards :smile:
