Peanut butter 2tbl + a little vanilla extract + 1/2 cup greek yogurt + water + 1/4 cup organic lactose free milk + 1/2 banana (frozen is best) + ice + 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder + blender = yummmmy!
