Hi, very new here
Used to do the low cal, mega cardio game, lost the weight, gave up the game due to illness and never got back on it. Just cant get that control back. Gone is the mega cardio, with guidance of a trainer i do weight routine working chest, arms, legs, back, core etc followed by 30-40 mins on the cross trainer. The aim is to become lean however - i feel like (and it cant just be me) that i will never lose the saddlebags and the jiggly backside?? I know spot training doesnt work and whatever fat loss is overall which means im doomed to be 'soft and sensual' forever rather than a being able to bounce a coin off my rock hard backside

Start lifting heavier weight (safely) and you'll see changes...0

Does that only apply to the upper half? Or will it affect the lower half too, sorry to be a pain!0
