Jillian Michaels Six week Six pack

I just finished level 1 day 1. I'm not quite sure how long I will do each level and how long I will keep up with it because my body changes very quickly and I see results quickly. I think I will do this DVD at least 3 times a week along with my everyday 5x a week run, jog, roller-blading, or biking sessions I do and hopefully it'll tone me up. Does anyone have any before and after motivational pictures from this dvd?
I finished 30 day shred and it was awesome and I haven't enjoyed her other ones I've been testing out until the 6 week 6 pack so I actually now crave doing it! :)

Beginning measurements: 27" around the waist
Size 3 in juniors (I'm 19 so yes I shop juniors :) )

Current: 26" Around the waist
Size 1 in juniors :)

Any motivational pictures or success stories? :)
