How to customise my Food goals?

Hi Pals,

I want to customise my Food goals but am unsure what I should limit the different types of food to.

I want to:
- Limit my Carbohydrate in take as my primary goal is to lose weight, initially.
- Know the correct amount of Protein I need.
- Find out how much Fat I can have.

I tend to eat fruit after workouts but the sugar in fruit is taking me over my Sugar limit.
What is a reasonable limit for Sugar.

I'm 6ft, 275lbs with no medical conditions.
