I'll introduce myself I suppose. I just turned 30, 5'4 and weigh 179 pounds. I am a stay at home Mom with four kids. I had always stayed below 130 then got pregnant in 2008 with my daughter and gained 60 pounds! And that was not from eating horribly. I ate so healthy with her. I never lost that weight. Then I had my son 18 months later but only gained and lost ten pounds with him. I live out in the middle of no where and am working on getting my license, so I am pretty lonely half the time. lol. My boys are 13 now!
Feel free to add me if you are also looking to loss about 50 pounds or more.. the more support the better right!
My plan is to eat 3 meals, healthy snakes, drink more water, more healthy everything. I am a HUGE foodie so this will be hard for me. I do plan on treating myself on Sunday's.
I want to be more active. I have scoliosis and arthritis so I find alot of things to painful. Bought an elliptical and could not even use that! For the next week or so I will be doing yoga as my body is very weak. Then buying a stationary bike. My plan is to mix it up a lot and do an hour a day of strength, cardio .
