Treat Meal Frequency

How often do you treat yourself to a meal you wouldn't normally? (and what is it usually? Be honest!)
I consider a meal a treat not a 'cheat' if it's not excessive, and preferably if it fits into caloric budgets.
Just curious to see how many of the MFP peeps will treat themselves to a little somethin' somethin'.

The last time I did this, the couple of times I did this the time span in between the two meals was 3 months. Maybe it's a subconscious habit because I don't plan it.0

Every day.0

I try to fit little treats into my day almost daily. A cup of ice cream, some chips, brownies, etc. I usually save treat meals for once every few weeks. Usually going out with family or friends is a treat since it's not usually in my budget. I always plan my weekly calories to compensate.0

I've been on myfitnesspal and dieting seriously for about three months now. During that time I've had maybe four instances I would consider outside my usual eating patterns. Two weddings, a bridal shower, and my birthday. At the two weddings I at a few appetizers, the meal, a small piece of cake, and a couple glasses of wine. Similar at the bridal shower. On my birthday I had a personal pizza, ya know 10" or something like that, dinner roll, and glass of wine. I have counted my calories on all of those occasions, estimating the best I could, and managed to keep within my calorie limit for the day by having worked out extra hard in anticipation. I'm pretty happy with my newfound ability to treat myself but not go completely hog wild haha!0

I fit a 1/2 cup of ice cream in my calorie allowance daily & add a few pieces of candy into the ice cream.
Occasionally I'll have take out or fast food, but rarely.0 -
I like to treat myself once a week. This weeks treat will be a nice juicy bacon cheeseburger. Yes, I already have it planned out!0

I would say probably once/month or two. Not sure what it would be.... probably dessert of some kind.0

I treat myself once a week to a "cheat meal" at a restaurant (I choose a different one every week.) I usually make my cheat meal on Sundays- either brunch or a late lunch/ early dinner. On these days I only do two full meals, and one of them light and healthy, to balance the cheat meal (if I get hungry I'll also snack, but healthy.) This week I am planning on a cheeseburger, small fries, and a small custard as my cheat. Last week it was ricotta stuffed French toast topped with strawberries and a large fresh squeezed orange juice.0

Every day I eat what I want so long as it fits in my macro targets. I tend to eat more not-good-for-me stuff when we have parties or a celebration of some sort, but I always try to stay within my target.
I regularly eat at restaurants, have ice cream and chips too!0 -
I eat two ice cream cones every day because it fits my macro and because ice cream.0

I think I've done that maybe 4 times in the last 16 months, and I usually don't end up going all that far over my targets. This Sunday, my Mothers' Day celebration is at my favorite Ethiopian restaurant, and I think I will make that a "free day." I'll still log everything, though, and may not even go over maintenance calories.0

I eat and drink everything but Friday night tacos are my treat and I always go over my goal; my weekly is still usually 4-5000 calories under so it works.0
