I was not working before so I had my setting at sedentary but now that I am working, do I switch it to lightly active? I am asking this because the job I am not doing much running around but I am doing more moving around than I was before. Please help I am confused on this. Thanks for all the help

Depends what kind of job it is.

I would say if you're sitting at a desk, or cash register all day, it would still be sedentary.

If you do cashier work in retail or stand all day and walk around occassionally, I think thats enough for you to enter the next level up (lightly active?).
