Ive taken it...but honestly dont think it was worth the money. I did lose about 30 kilos whilst taking it but didnt maintain that loss (this was many years ago) ,,,, there is definite side effects (altho i didnt have a issue with them as i was eating very low fat) maybe google that...you will get LOTS of links about the side effects lol :)

    Side Effects:
Allergic reaction: Itching or hives, swelling in your face or hands, swelling or tingling in your mouth or throat, chest tightness, trouble breathing

Change in how much or how often you urinate, or painful urination

    Dark-colored urine or pale stools

Nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, or pain in your upper stomach

    Red or dark brown urine

    Severe diarrhea

Severe stomach pain with nausea and vomiting

Sharp back pain just below the ribs

Swelling of your legs and feet

Yellowing of your skin or the whites of your eyes

    ----

I think I'd rather just lose the weight on my own and not have to worry about some foreign crap I put in my body.

If you take it, then you still have to have a fat supplement (since fat is essential). Doesn't make sense to take a pill to rid fat, only to take a supplement to resupply it.

Just eat better. That's what you're trying to achieve anyway.
