Okay, so I have been lifting and doing cardio and I see my arms starting to tighten and become toned, however I still have that under arm flab... does anyone know of any really good exercises with or without weights that will make that go away?? Maybe someone can come up with something I have yet to try ... ugh I hate it ohh so much!

No exercise can spot reduce fat.
It's just an area your body likes to store it.
Just keep dropping the fat and it will go eventually.0 -
Triceps exercises.0

tricep dips and all over arm toning excercises. it'll be the last place for it to go but as you lose your arms will look more and more defined.0

Thanks all for the advice!!! I will have to incorporate more tricep excercises into my workouts.0

Triceps exercises will not have any effect on the under arm fat. The only way to get rid of it is by continuing to lose general body fat. The exercises will strengthen up your muscles though and could help make your arm look more shapely. Well done on your loss so far!0

My lats and triceps are proportionately *much* stronger than my other upper torso area muscles. I am a butterfly swimmer. I still have a lot of under arm fat. It's NOT attractive. The only way it's going to go away for me is fat loss, and I know it'll be one of the last (along with my c-section pooch).0
