Hello!

Morning,
So, today is the start of the 'new' me... I have been following weight watchers and have found that since I have started exercising my weight isn't moving. I had a PT consultation last night and he has asked me to provide him with a 3 day food diary counting calories, protein, carbs etc and figured this was the best way to do this.
I am planning on 3 gym sessions a week, 2 5k runs and a boxercise and pilates (both on the same night) class.

Any tips and ideas as to snacks etc will be greatly appreciated!
