so I have been on the diet one week I am so tried all day I go to bed at about 10.30pm and get up at 7.30am so I get plenty of sleep am I lacking in something diary is open.

Make sure you eat at your calorie goal everyday (not sure if you are doing MFP or TDEE-20%, but TDEE tends to be better for me). Eat more protein (I do 40/30/30 carbs/protein/fat) and do you take a multi vitamin? I didn't look at your water intake, but that makes me sluggish if I am low. I am no expert, but what I noticed at a glance.0

About the second or third week I was pretty tired, even with good amount of sleep. It all evened out after a few days. I was just thinking that it was from my body getting adjusted from being a slug and eating like crap to more active eating better.0
