trying to loose baby wieght!

I am a mother of 4 and i just entered my 30's. The baby wieght from number 4 just isnt coming off like it used to. I am as heavy as i have ever been and am trying to get back to my pre baby wieght. Looking for supportive fun friends to talk to and encourage!
