Pre-packaged foods- Help!

I have just logged what I have eaten/going to eat today... and noticed that ALL of it was from a packet or a tin. Although most of my options were healthy- is this reliance on 'convenience' foods likely to effect my fitness results?

Any tips on quick/homemade lunches and dinners that I can eat during my working week?

    Although many pre-packaged foods may boast lower calories, they are full of sodium and contain ingredients that you can't even pronounce. Higher sodium counts can certainly derail weight loss efforts.
