Chalean Extreme a Good Follow Up to Jillian Body Revolution?

I'm currently doing Jillian Michaels Body Revolution and stretching it out to six months by doing each phase for a month. I'm also doing C25K and will be running 5Ks starting in summer or fall. I'm already thinking about my next step because I see this as a lifestyle change and want to continue with both cardio and strength training.

Since running will keep me going with cardio, I want something with more of a strength focus for my next DVDs. It looks like Chalean Extrme might do the trick. Is it a good follow up to JMBR? Anything better out there? For the record, I'm getting close to 50 and I'm doing well with JMBR and C25K but I'm glad I'm taking Jillian a little slower than the pre-set plan. She wears me out!
