Im starting a vlcd so don't want to do much cardio although walk and use cross trainer at home, im paranoid about my skin sagging when lose the weight quickly although only want to do for 10 weeks so need to tone up whilst losing, then reassess and perhaps jpin a gym to help when ive done re-feed and am healthy eating again x
