my bmr is 1504
tdee is 1805
am I meant to eat in-between them? mfp tells me to eat 1350 cals a day which I have been but I have started to feel weak ,bloated, really sleepy, dizzy is this because I am not eating enough? should I aim for 1400 cals a day?
I have not lost any eight in the last week and a half I still weigh 150lbs I want to lose 7lbs.
any tips would be great

Yep, to keep it super simple, your BMR is your basement, and your TDEE is your ceiling, so you want to be in between the two to lose. Because you have a relatively small amount of weight you want to lose conventional wisdom recommends eating at a smaller deficit, like TDEE minus 10%, maybe even less. People with more experience will probably be able to be more specific but I hope that helps!
ETA: and of course feeling sick and dizzy is no bueno so make sure you eat enough.0 -
Yes, you should be eating somewhere between those numbers.
With only 7lbs to lose, your weight loss SHOULD be slow, and it'll be hard. The leaner you get the more precise you have to be with your diet.0 -
