Period relief

I have always known when I am getting my period because I get terrible cramps just before. Since I have been dieting and exercising regularly, my past two periods have surprised me due to NO cramps beforehand. This is only the second time I have gotten it since the birth of my new baby--he is 31/2 months old--so maybe my body is just being nice to me for now. Either way, it is motivation for me to stick with the healthy eating and exercising to avoid those terrible cramps. And I did not find myself pigging out as usual either. Although I did notice a spike in my appetite and went over my calories a few days, I still managed to stay within a healthy range and by eating healthier foods.

The last 2 periods I've had have been the easiest in years. I've done really well on my eating, and I've worked out a lot. I still have some pain, and in the day or 2 before I start and after I start, the fatigue is still pretty awful. But they are getting better all the time. Great, ain't it!
