That sounds like a good amount of exercise and a good intensity level for you. BUT, you need to eat more than 1100 calories !! You need fuel for your muscles or you will start to burn them off along with the fat!!0

depends. If you are using MFP, Sedentary, then log exercise that you do and eat those cals back. If using an external calculator then use active, activity level.
That said, you should be eating way more than 1100 cals with that much exercise.0 -
You work out TOO MUCH and you eat TOO LITTLE. BMR is to be measured totally sedentary as it is the calories you require for your vital organs to stay functional if you were in a coma, TDEE is something entirely different and calculates the total calories you burn up every day, including exercise.0

males, esp at your age should REALLY be eating ALOT more calories.
try loads of protein and that will help you build muscles if you are doing weights :bigsmile:0 -
i thought i should eat little since i dont move around besidez the 90 mins that i cut into 3 parts.0

Your exercise sounds challenging for you .... that's good. If it feels "easy" .... that's not good. You want to preserve muscle tissue ... eat more.0
