Healthy Foods - High In Sugar & Fat

Hi I'm new!
I'm a pescatarian (a vegetarian that eats fish) -- and I tend to eat very healthy but lately I've been going a little over board on the white bread, cheese and processed foods which has made me gain quite a bit of weight that I'm not used to carrying around.
It attempts to control this - my diet is now mostly vegetables, fruits, beans, nuts and fish only the occasional splurge on cheese. Unfortunately according to my food diary my calories are too low and my fats and sugars are too high. I'm not willing to cut out the foods that are high in fat and sugar because I know they are healthy for me (bananas, avacados, beans) and I'm not consuming a lot of them... is this totally going to ruin my weight loss? Any thoughts or suggestions?

Have you been filling out your food diary? If you open it people will take a look and give you suggestions. How is your protein? How many calories are you aiming for? Are you exercising?0
