Right, I've had MFP for two days now and I've seen the light. I've been dieting for about 15 weeks now and lost approx 20lbs so far. I've sorted out my diet and become addicted to cardio. Probably wherein the problem lies; I've become too addicted to cardio and ignored weight training. I'll do the odd 10 minutes a couple of times a week, but I know that won't scratch the surface.

So. TONIGHT. I'm going to cut the cardio down and lift, lift,lift. If I type it for the whole of MFP, then I'll feel like I have to log it tomorrow!
