Too much?

I work in social care and my new hours involve 14 hour shifts. I like to do a variety of exercise such as running for cardiovascular health, strength training, and yoga for general stretching and conditioning. Although I no longer class it into my fitness, I walk the dog most days, but I do like to take her for long walks/hikes occasionally when we have the weather which I do count. So, basically, my days off, I like to focus on training. Is it too much to combine running, strength and walking the dog on my days off? What if my days off are consecutive? I know it's recommended to give your body a chance to rest, due to my shifts, it is okay to train for say two days in a row, then "rest" [from exercise] for two days when I'm working? I'm lucky that I can do yoga in work if I have the sleep in.

Obviously, I need to focus on eating more on training days and less on non-training/work days to counter balance :) Generally, I'm a very healthy 26 year old female with no health issues and on maintenance. Just looking for a little reassurance really.

You can always do strength training as split workouts. Arms/shoulders on day 1 and Legs/back day 2. That means you wouldn't be doing the same workout 2 days in a row. I don't think consecutive day cardio should be an issue, but someone else may correct me on that.
