I just got started Monday using the APP. I'm starting with a juice cleanse and I'm already down 8 pounds. Next week ill be back to solid health food and fresh made juice. I can see from the APP that I am not getting in enough calories. That should be corrected by Monday when the fast is over. Then the real challenge begins. Keeping my food to the healthy foods.
