My name is Doug. I'm 5'10" and started MFP at 295lbs. I have spent the last 14 years at a desk job. I'm now 42 years old and have come to the realization that if I dont do something now my health will suffer later on. This is not a diet, Its my journey & and lifestyle change.Through sound nutritional eating and exercise I know that I can achieve my goals and live the life that my body and my family deserves.
