Building Lean Muscle

Hello to anyone who is reading - I recently read some articles regarding building lean muscle and the ever-desired 6-pack abs! :) For someone my current weight, it suggested: 195g protein, 65g carbs, and 26g fat. Thoughts? I am a big fan of trial and error and figuring out what exactly is best for my body, so I am going to give it a whirl and see how my body responds, just wanted some input from some MFP peeps. thanks & have a fit-tastic day ;)
