Saw 299.9 on the scale and freeked out! That was March 2012...With MFP and a personal trainer, I lost 80 pounds and felt great at 220 pounds and a twelve min mile. With the trainer getting too expensive, I tried things on my own...gained 30 pounds back and lost all motivation :(

As of today 5/9/13 I am down to 239 and looking for support and motivation to get me back on tract. My ultimate goal is to be around 170 and in a size 12-14 pant.
