Excercise on Holiday

Hi,

I'm going away for 4 days next week on a family holiday. At the minute I am half way through the 30DS (actually my second time through it in a row), I wont be able to do it on holiday cause we are staying in a static caravan and the whole place would shake if I did it!.

Questions are-

1. When I get back home do I just pick up where I left off with the 30DS?
2. What would you do about excercise when you are away? I can easily manage a brisk 30min walk a day. Is that enough? Should I try running (for the very first time)??

I also wont be tracking my calories when away as I wont have internet access. I will try not to go too crazy with the over eating though!
