I found lots of free, easy and very energetic sites.

My favorite which is so easy but a great work out with a guy that makes it so fun and positive that you don't realize you are exercising is: http://www.pauleugene.com and I chose this video to start with and I felt great with the workout. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tri2iLq0L_o&feature=related

Also another great and free site is: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TeHSOuEW8l0&feature=related

But the one that will give you lots of info and many exercises is:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AwPFDh4hRns&feature=channel this helps get rid of love handles with a broom stick exercise and look up his many other videos and the best info at: http://www.nowloss.com

I am not associated nor do I financially benefit from these sites but felt they are a great help in getting and keeping one motivated.

Write me at commit2change@aol.com and let me know how you are doing and if you have some websites to share too.

To losing our not so loveable love handles.
