Totally out of my comfort zone now, but here goes ...
I avoided body shots like the friggin plague, but this is my very first profile pic when I joined MFP, 65 pounds heavier.
This is me now, 65 pounds lighter.
And after two kids and a HELL of a lot of work, this is my tummy now:

I don't have a full pic but my profile picture is a recent one of me and my tummy:-) This is with 2 C-sections.
ladies y'all are awesome!!!!!0 -
You ladies look great! Hopefully after eating better and exercisting I will be back to my Hot Momma status
I have to ask what kind of exercises are you ladies doing to get the flatter toned tummy. That is my hardest area. I know the eating better will help but just curious what's working for you to tone the tummy?
Thanks!0 -
This is a spin off thread from the "Pregnancy doesn't ruin your body" thread.
For some of us we do "bounce" right back after pregnancy, but for others it takes hard work and time. Either way, we are ALL capable of being hot Mommies. Being a Mom is not an excuse to let yourself go.
I encourage all the hot Moms to post their pictures. I know we had a similar thread before, but a lot of the img links are now broken and..why not just start a fresh one.
Post Pregnancy (I was one who did not "bounce" back)
I think people probably question you thinking you didn't bounce back just because you look so good here (compared to me, anyway, haha!). But it's obvious that you didn't bounce back to your previous body and the difference between this pic and now is incredible. You look amazing in both but it's obvious that your current condition took a lot of hard work and wasn't a result of just giving birth. Great job!0 -
ipuffy...just WOWZER! Your measurements must be INSANE! Consider me inspired...KUDOS TIMES A MILLION.
Also...all of you look a-maz-ing!! Yay for confident and hot mommies everywhere.0 -

Thank you!! It really varies on training and not training. I'll change out my profile pic to a recent one, instead of my Throwback Thursday one. Hang tight.
ETA: my current profile picture was taken May 5th. The bikini on stage was September 2012 and the boxing one and jeans and bra were taken at my last photo shoot, Super Bowl Sunday 2013 - both unedited.0 -

For the first 6 months (of trying to get back in shape) I just ran 5-6 times a week and ate a calorie deficit. This flattened my stomach, but it didn't harden it. Once I started lifting my stomach started to harden again. I credit squats and dead lifts for the muscle in my stomach..I rarely do ab exercises.0 -
I don't know what to expect someday when I hope to be pregnancy. But I LOVE this thread compared to the other one posted. Yes, I respected the OP in that thread for her amazing body, hard work, and dedication. However, I also am aware from various women in my life that some 'body changing' events may occur during pregnancy. Thanks to the ladies who have posted today. We are all diferent - different bodies, different genetics, differnet goals...Let's celebrate our PERSONAL bests. X0

Working on it!

This has my mouth open You are the epitome of why strong is IN. Those curves are killing and even though it looks like you can hang with the boys in training, your body is what I equate to proportion perfection. That's weird to type so I'm sure its weird to read BUT had to be said sorry Fabulous...new inspiration for real.0 -
Looking great as always, Dani.
I can't for the life of me find a decent before I gave birth picture.
Day I gave birth:
About 6 months later:
(What is this "bounce back" you speak of?!)
Two weeks ago:
Yea, I got stretch marks. So freakin' what? Still hot, and in MUCH better shape than I was before I ever got pregnant.
Like I said, I'm jealous! :-) you ladies look great!0 -

that was quite the compliment - thank you so very much! I'm training for a fitness calendar casting next week and I probably really needed to hear those words right now to get me to stay focused this last week of training. Thank you!!0 -
Wow!! You ladies look amazing! Dani, your body is to die for!!
I have 3 little ones, there are pics in my profile. I will have to post some when I get off work later0 -
I have no pregnancy photos.
Me as a new mommy....7 years ago.
My daughter was 3 (?) here. This was Thanksgiving 2009. I started losing weight on January 2010.
It's been a wild ride. But here's my progress so far...
I have stretchmarks but I rock a bikini.
I can honestly say I look MUCH better now than I did before I got pregnant. I was technically "skinnier" pre-pregnancy.
But I was weak both mentally and physically.0 -
Not there yet, but I hope to have pics for this thread soon. You guys all look amazing!!!!!!0

WOW!! You ladies look amazing! Im still working on getting here... also, right behind ya!0

Let's not ruin a positive thread.
I'm not being negative, I can't honestly see any difference between the first and third pic. You've gone from great before, to great after, to awesome.
Not that I need to explain myself, but there is a 32lb difference. My stomach went from strong and flat to weak and mushy.
And Lea, your hard work...d*mn!! That's all I can say!! :smokin:0
