Help with MFP diet recommendation

Hi, Can anyone please help me to make sense of the diet plan that MFP has recommended? Are the number of calories allowed per day the maximum that I can eat, or are they definately recommended for me to eat everyday? I seemto be spot on with what is actually suggested without making much of a change to my usual eating habits, which sounds really fishy, because then I would already belosing weight, right? Can someone pleaseexplain how I can follow / infer the recommendations? Thanks!
