Thankful Thursday

I am going to try some positivity in my life. I've heard that focusing what you're thankful for is a good way to promulgate this:

:heart: my family
(the first friends my life gave to me):
I am loved and have been fantastically supported throughout my trials and tribulations

:heart: my friends
(the family I choose for myself):

:heart: my body/health
(my best friend/worst enemy):
I am far and away the healthiest I have ever been in my life, physically, mentally, and emotionally, and I'm continuing to improve daily

:heart: my job:
gives me an income (sort of) and doesn't wreck my body. (doesn't wreck my *mind* completely, but it does work every last nerve)

:heart: my focus:
I know very clearly what I ought to be doing with myself (my time, my body, my habits, behaviors, thoughts, et al), even if i don't always do it...

:heart: my passions:
music, art, and longboarding keep me ALIVE

When I look at my life that way, it's kind of hard for me to be cranky about things. I suggest everyone try it... :flowerforyou:
