eating slow ??!!

does anyone know how many seconds should be between each chew ??

    That i dont know but on doc oz he said to chew each bite 10-15 times....which seems like alot to me.

    I got an app from itunes that times it and set it for 45 sec and seemed pretty reasonable but the app comes standard at 1;30 and that was to long
