Hi guys.

Anyone up for a monthly walking challenge?

Set ur own targets for the month and head out to try and reach it. Don't be to hard on urself so try and set urself reachable goals, you can always change ur target if you think your going to reach it with ease.

I'm starting the challenge in June so if you fancy it, come on board and introduce yourself…… we'll all be able to support each other :)

You’ll find the challenge under the Groups tab..(Walkers United) ...... look for the walking Challenge...
I'm posting what I done so far this month so I'll know roughly what target to hit in Jun..
