So.. how are my macros?

Hi~
I'm trying to gain some weight because I'm in outpatient recovery for anorexia and I have lost my periods (tmi?.. meh) and I need to get them back because being a healthy person with proper body functions is pretty cool. I'm just wondering if my macros are alright because I'm also still growing and I'm a dancer and I'd like to make sure that I'm properly nourishing myself. Here's an example:
Yesterday I consumed 1,940 calories, on top of dancing for about 2 1/2 hours. 251g carbs, 170g protein, 43g fat. On normal days I usually have 1,800 calories, 240-250g carbs, 145-180g protein, and 32-40g fat. Is this okay or should I adjust some things? Thank you for any help

Protein looks good, me personally I'd redistribute some of those carb grams into the fat column.0
