Is this cheating?

Today, I rode my bike 21 miles, including, hilly terrain. I made my best time ever this year, 13.7 mph. According to MFP between 12-14 mph was so many calories, but 14 - 16 was a significant increase. I went with that one, since rounding 13.7 would be 14. What does anyone think? Also, today, an NSV, of passing a couple of "youngsters" on their bikes. Woo hoo! At my age, it is always a win-win situation. If I pass someone younger, I am awesome, if I can't pass them, well, I'm 54!

Nice one! And, no not cheating unless there was eye contact.

    Great bike ride!

And I think you're talking about how much this means you can eat.... so no, eating ain't cheating.

It's only cheating if you enjoyed your seat more than the ride...wait...would that be one in the same?

When I have that issue, I just put half being the 14-16 and the other half as the 12-14. That way I feel like I've hit all bases. Except I do it with jogging times.

Also, sounds like a great ride! and grats for passing all us youngsters up!

If I were eating back all my exercise calories I'd put it in the lower speed zone, since it is, in fact, at the lower speed. I'd just tell myself to push a little harder next time if I want to post the faster speed

21 miles times 13.7 miles per hour = eat all the foods.

    Great ride!
