Reached goal weight, what would you do next?

Well, after 13 months of cutting, I hit my goal weight of 185 lbs this morning. I'm at 16% BF. And I have been at -25% to TDEE. I lift heavy 3x / week (starting strength regimen). Working set weights have been steadily increasing. I hit 300 lbs x 5 on my deadlift this morning (personal best). Squats improve each session but are light because I am focusing on form. Bench is lagging due to recovering from shoulder tendinitis. I have managed to cut from 205 lbs to 185 lbs while maintaining LBM at 157 lbs. But I have not gained any muscle mass. Just strength.

What do I do now? My goal is 10% BF. I think I would like to work my way up to TDEE without changing anything else and monitor what happens to my BF%. Add 100 cal every 2 weeks until I get to TDEE (currently estimated at 2,800 cal / day and calculated at 2,800 cal / day). And see if I start to add LBM and not gain any fat. I would not mind adding 10 lbs of LBM while maintaining my BF @ 30 lbs. That would put me at 15.4% BF. Then I could cut back down to 186 lbs while maintaining LBM @ 167 lbs. That would get me to 10% BF. Or I could just cut down to 175 lbs and that would put me at 10% BF.

I think I would like to start bulking, though. Been cutting for a long time and know how to do that. I have never added LBM because I have been in a deficit for so long. Might be a nice change of pace.

Appreciate your thoughts.

Tom
