Half way to goal (sorry for the undies and bra photo)

21 lbs down, 20 to go! Hope to share again at the end of my journey.

I started as a new years resolution and I am still not giving up. Seeing my results every week make me never to want to start over again. I want to make it to the end this time.

During my journey so far, I have finished the c25k program, I work out about 3-4 times a week, about an hour each time. Running for 30 minutes and then doing some free weight strength training. My MFP calorie goal is 1200 and that's to lose 1lb a week. I eat half my calories burnt back. Anything else feel free to message me.
