Myths I used to believe prior to MFP

-1200 was enough to eat
-All I could eat on a "diet" was greens, very little fruit and chicken/fish/tuna etc
-that I could never cheat or eat something unhealthy on a non cheat day0 -
fat is bad0

So many of us got caught in the diet myth. Eating very low unsustainable diets. Spending tons of money on magic pills, patches, injections and god knows what else.
Trying so desperately to find out that "secret" to fast weight loss
It took me 25 years to get the "stupid" out of my head and joining MFP was a major factor.0
