Does Anyone Know How to Count Yoga Classes?

I do three yoga classes each week, but don't find yoga in the exercise database. I don't think it fits under cardio or strength building, but I definitely would like to earn some calories.

I found it under cardio exercises. It's listed in the database.0

Creat your own exercise. If you have a heart monitor you can add the calories burned .0

Yoga is isometric exercise. Isometric exercises don't burn a lot of calories, but does increase strength. On average, I've estimated most of my clients who were just a little overweight to be in the 350-400 calorie range for 60 minutes.

Thanks to all of you. I was confused because I didn't thing yoga fit into the two catagories listed (cardio and strength). Apparently, it doesn't. I did find it listed in the cardio list and the calorie count is close to what you suggest.0
