Weird question for moms who lift

Ok, so this is going to be a sensitive question and I apologize for my awkwardness!

After breastfeeding and losing some baby weight I have found my chest to be ...how can I say... Lacking in fullness. For those mamas who lift weights, have you found an improvement in this area. Is cosmetic surgery my only option to correct this issue?

I ask only woman who who have experienced what I'm refering to reply. Thanks :)

Saggy, deflated boobies, got it. Your body is not an enigma dear.

In order to regain some of the perk, you will need to do some chest exercises. Benchpress, dumbbell flyes, machine flyes, etc, will help to build the muscle in this area. Aside from that, there are also cosmetic procedures like breast implants or lifts to help.

Fair enough. Any woman find success with this strategy?

A proper answer is a proper answer. Whether it comes from me or someone like Junken. There is no need to be embarrassed.

Mine are definitely standing to attention more than they were five weeks ago.

I've been lifting/doing chest specific exercises for awhile, and it might make them stay in place, haha, but it certainly does not add any fullness. :)

I suppose I'm just looking for a first hand account. I completely agree with the logic of the recommendation though.

I have been doing p90x over and over, which has a million push ups in it and all kinds of upper body weight lifting. My chest is not any different breast-wise. I lost alot of body fat when I started these workouts and stopped breast feeding. Padded bras are my only hope

    I did:)

I had two children and I nursed for a total of four years, and afterwards lifted weights. For pecs I did incline and flat dumbell and barbell presses three times a week.,( half my body weight to as heavy ad 100 lbs for about two reps). The result for me was amazing.

:drinker: One cup size up (from a teenaged (at 44!) A to a B, and one size down...So smaller around my back......P90X, lots of weights and the pecks did their part.....

I have found that chest exercises have lifted mine but as my Body Fat Percentage drops they are slowly disappearing. I now barely fill out an A cup so sad. Unfortunately the only way to add fullness back is to get implants or buy a good padded bra especially if you are big into lifting and have a low BF%. The other thing I have found as a mommy is stretch marks leave you with saggy skin and again the only way to get that fixed is to find a good plastic surgeon to fix it for you.

Try some actual weight lifting, it will help to a degree.

However, you aren't going to get the breasts of a 21 year old with no children. That will require cosmetic surgery.

I BF 2 kids for a year each, I've been doing nrol4w since last October and haven't noticed any change in the actual fullness (or lack gherof) department

    No, sorry.

My chest muscles are really strong now, and you can see them. *Those* have perked up. But I still have the sagginess from breast feeding and weight loss. There is just no way to perk up fat. (I suppose if you are a smaller cup size, you might do better.) I've lost it slowly, and I wear very supportive bras, even when I sleep. I will probably do a lift at some point.

On the plus side, the nerves are more sensitive due to the weight loss, which makes certain physical activities more enjoyable. And, to be honest, sometimes, because of my smaller overall body size, when I'm naked, they are kind of sexy looking, in a "Hey, I may be a middle-aged Mama, but I'm sure hotter overall than I was two years ago!" sort of way.

OK advice, but you're kinda creepy. She asked for women only. You shamed her into accepting your posts. Leave it alone now dude. No one's stupid enough to think anything's going back to age 21.
