If I eat 1500 calories and burn 300 calories a day, is that a good amount or should I be eating less? I haven't seen much change eating 1300 calories so maybe I need to up my food?

I would say yes, definitely eat more. You only have a few pounds to lose so your deficit shouldn't be that much. Find your TDEE and eat 85-90% of it.0

Not enough information. What are your statistics? Age, height, weight, goal weight? What is your level of activity?0

Are you eating 1500 calories or are you eating 1200 calories? MFP is set up so that you eat exercise calories back to NET your goal of 1500.0 -
Actually eating 1500. So 1200 net after exercise0

If I'm reading your profile ticker right you're on your last 7 pounds. You could try changing your settings to lose .5 lbs a week and eating your exercise calories. It may take time since you're close to goal, but too large a deficit really isn't your friend.0
