I have been MFP'ing and FB Flexing for a week now.....I ate a horrible pre-packaged, fast food diet before last week....now trying to eat clean have had a couple of slips but not to major. MFP has me eating 1200 cals/day and usually add 150-200 cals from FB cal burn....my question is I am finding I am not hungry and it's hard to get my calorie intake up high enough....I do not want to go back to
bad food just to get calories up.....any ideas or suggestions???? Please - I am trying so hard to not eat junk and when I am not hungry it's hard to put food in my mouth.....to me this is so backwards - I have also restarted taking a super Vitamin pack GNC womens active mega...could this have any alteration in my hunger?
I appreciate any and all help! Thanks and hope you have a great day! Patti

Could be that your body is just using up what it had stored from last week . . . or that it isn't using as much energy this week. I often find my hunger levels fluctuate from week to week. Don't get too stressed about being "under" - - just keep making the healthy choices. Worry more about being over and the rest of it will take care of itself.0

Eat calorie dense food that is healthy - avocado, nuts, peanut butter, etc.
Also, this tends to be a really common problem amongst new people. It's pretty easy to get motivated, eat a SUPER healthy diet for a week or two, not be able to hit your calories, and write this post. However, someday, you will want a piece of chocolate, or will be hungry even after dinner, and you will hit your calorie limit. I honestly feel like it all evens out. Don't let yourself under eat for too long, but don't stress if it's short term. Just don't let that piece of chocolate or extra snack throw off the whole thing.0 -
Thanks everyone.....I won't stress about it.....I appreciate all of the input!0
