I have a couple of DVDs that I use for strength training routines. How do you track a DVD in the exercise under strength training? Any ideas?

Are you looking for the calorie burn or just to track your exercises and weights?
If you are looking for the burn, it's not very accurate since it depends on how heavy you lift, breaks between sets.... but you can put it under cardio in strength training.0 -
I was trying to figure out how to track it under the strength training. I don't track calories burned in strength training
The DVD is a Kathy Smith one called Lift Weights to Lose Weigh/2 disc set If that helps
