I just joined today with my android nexus. I created the account, weight, birthday, etc. then the food diary came up. I've done WW points before and I guess I don't quite know what to do so therefore I haven't counted calories in a very long time. I'm used to points. Do you have to enter each ingredient in and then the program gives you the calorie count? Can someone give me an idea of where to start on the website? I just kind of feel stupid!
